Having had the luxury of flat terrain for the last 2 days, it came as a shock to suddenly encounter undulating roads (not hilly or steep, mind you) - particularly first 15 miles from Kings' Lynn to Hunstanton. The road then levelled out somewhat all the way to Cromer - enjoyed this section particularly as scenery as good, passing through lots of small quaint villages.
Visited Merlin Cinemas (company sponsor) 'Regal Movieplex' in Cromer (photo's taken). Recognised the pier and church in High street from when I holidayed here as a child with my parents over 40 years ago.
Left coast and took main road for final 35 miles from Cromer to Great Yarmouth occasionally cutting across small areas of 'The Broads'.
Made arrangements to visit Richard Cox House in Royston (Where Mum had been cared for) in 2 days time and spoke to Royston Crow (local paper) who said they would be interested in covering the story.
